Terms of Delivery

Due to the complexity of the customs process and logistic restrictions, delivery of cosmetic products is not carried out to the following countries: Ukraine, Turkey, Morocco, Israel, Jordan, Sri Lanka, Algeria.

You can track the delivery status of your order on the page of the postal service of your country. All information about your order will be sent to the e-mail address you specified when placing your order. If you have difficulties with tracking, please contact our support team at: support@mixbox.kr.

Parcel delivery by courier service SDEK (Russia only).

Please note that with this method of delivery you agree with the general terms of carriage and customs support of express carrier OOO “SDEK-Global”, available at https://www.cdek.ru/ru/offer_int. For customs declaration of the parcel you need to provide correct passport data and TIN of the recipient*. In case you refuse to provide the data, you will not be able to collect the parcel.

*In accordance with Order No. 62n of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation of 26 April 2022 “On the determination of requirements for persons delivering goods for personal use as express consignments and the declaration of goods for personal use delivered to individuals as express consignments and the procedure for customs operations in respect of such goods, including operations for the payment of customs duties and taxes”, recipients of personal parcels with Russian citizenship must provide a TIN together with their passport details for customs clearance. Customers of the shop provide the express carrier LLC “SDEK-Global” with the right to deliver their goods, as well as their declaration and performance of other customs operations necessary for the release of goods. In order to fulfil the terms of this offer, LLC “SDEK-Global” has the right to engage agents and third parties for declaration and other operations on customs clearance of goods. Such agent is EHAN LOGIS CO.,LTD, which performs delivery and declaration of express consignments of individuals.

Parcel delivery via EMS and EMS Premium Korea (Express Mail Service)

ATTENTION: If your order is delivered to any country except Russia, please read the rules of customs clearance of parcels for individuals in your country. Customs and other charges are not included in the cost of the Goods when delivered to countries other than Russia. In the event that your order is already in customs in your country and for any reason you decline to pay duty and other required charges, a refund for the box will be made less the full cost of delivery.

From 1 July 2021, all goods imported into the EU are subject to VAT regardless of the value of the contents, the rate of tax is determined by the authorities of the particular country of residence.

This means that in order to receive the box, you will have to pay VAT and other additional charges, if applicable in your country (e.g. customs brokerage fees).

This cost is the buyer’s responsibility.

Conditions for returning the Goods

In case of a favourable decision to return the Goods, you will be required to present the Goods themselves by sending them to the following address: Postal address SEOCHO-GU GANGNAM- DAERO 51GIL 10 B1FL 101-71# SEOUL SOUTH KOREA, GLOBAL IMPORT EXPORT L.P..

The refund shall be made to the Buyer within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt by the Seller of the Application for Return and the returned Goods to the Buyer’s bank card from which the payment for the Goods was made. The refund shall be made to the Buyer’s bank card only if the payment for the Goods was made from the Buyer’s bank card.

The costs of returning the Goods of proper quality shall be borne by the Customer and shall not be reimbursed by the Seller.

Please note that the return/replacement of technically defective goods is possible only if you contact us not later than 15 days after receipt of the goods.

It is not possible to CHANGE order information (address, delivery method, order cancellation, any other requests) after the order has been paid for.

Cancellation of a paid order is NOT POSSIBLE. The Buyer may cancel the Goods only upon receipt of the Goods and return the Goods as a return of goods of proper quality.

Delivery service fees are calculated automatically when placing an order.
